What can I talk about?
You can talk about anything on your mind. Many callers reach out about loneliness, relationships, bereavement, school or work challenges, bullying, mental or physical health, addictions, or thoughts of suicide. A very small number require emergency intervention, and an even smaller number are abusive or inappropriate. No issue is too big or too small. If you need someone to listen, we’re here.
