This award reflects the incredible dedication of our volunteers. After seven weeks of training, they spend countless hours on the Distress Line and TeleCheck programs, offering a listening ear and compassionate support. Their commitment helps people feel heard, valued, and supported, making a meaningful impact in our community every day.

We are proud to stand alongside the other finalists, the Oakville Public Library and Food for Life. Both organizations make a real difference every day, and it is inspiring to be part of a community with such committed leaders.
